The association maintains a year-round office in Baton Rouge and has contacts in Washington to keep watch on developments on the national scene.  Currently, the staff consists of Jimmy Anthony, Administrative Director; Frank Jobert, Legislative and Governmental Affairs Director; Susan Jandle, Office Manager and Linda Price, Communications and Membership Coordinator.

Jimmy grew up in Monroe, Louisiana where he attended Northeast Louisiana University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Management and Conservation and a Masters degree in Biology specializing in Fisheries Management.  He worked for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries for 40 years as Wildlife Management Area Supervisor, Biologist and Administrator.  He retired from the State in 2016 after serving as the Assistant Secretary at the Office of Wildlife.  He and his wife Connie moved to Baton Rouge in 2002 and presently reside there.

Frank Jobert 2

Frank retired from the Bridge City Correctional Center for Youth in 2003 where he served as Assistant Warden.  From 2003 to 2010 he served as an active member of the RSEA Board of Directors.  In addition to serving as chairman of the Conference Planning Committee and the Budget/Audit Committee, Frank also served as Second Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer for the Board.  Since January 1, 2015 Frank has served as Director of Legislative and Governmental Affair. From July 2010 to December 31, 2014, Frank served as Executive Director.  Originally from New Orleans, Frank and his family moved to Slidell post Hurricane Katrina.  He and his wife, Debbie, have a son, Ryan, and a daughter, Megan.

Linda retired from the Department of Natural Resources in December, 2016 with twenty years of state service.  She worked in the Office of Budget and Finance as an Accountant 3 in the Grants & Accounts Payable Section.  Prior to her state service, Linda retired from the West Baton Rouge Parish School Board with twenty-five years of service.  She is the mother of twin daughters, Meagan and Menesia.


Susan Jandle is a lifelong Louisiana resident.  She worked for several different state agencies in the accounting field, namely, DHH, Natural Resources, LSU Engineering Department, and worked as a bank examiner for the Office of Financial Institutions.  Susan left state service for twelve years where she worked as a Loan Review Examiner for Iberville Bank, Bank One, and Hancock Bank but returned to state service and the Office of Financial Institutions in 1999.  She retired in August of 2014 after 28 total years of service as the Chief Examiner of the Office of Financial Institutions.  Since retiring, Susan has been working for the House of Representatives during the Regular Sessions and the many Special Sessions of the legislature. Her husband of almost 44 years, David Jandle, retired from LSU with 34 years. She has two sons and is thoroughly enjoying her first grandbaby (Logan) who was born in September of 2017.
